Quivra.io provides an SEO audit and monitoring platform that analyzes publicly accessible websites for search engine optimization issues across six categories: On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Content & E-E-A-T, Local SEO, Authority, and AI Search Visibility.
The Service also provides keyword rank tracking, competitor analysis, AI-generated fix recommendations, PDF report generation, and email alerts and digests (collectively, the "Features").
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Feature at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Features.

A Free tier with limited functionality is available without payment. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by emailing support@quivra.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us at support@quivra.io for a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If downgrading would place you over plan limits (e.g., more sites than your new plan allows), you must remove the excess before the downgrade takes effect.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes. Stripe may collect taxes where legally required.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. After repeated failures, your account may be downgraded to the Free tier until payment is resolved.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Regarding third-party site audits: Our crawler fetches publicly accessible pages and resources. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of service and robots.txt directives of any site you audit. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of audit results.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, audit logic, UI, brand elements, and content created by Quivra.io, is owned by Quivra.io and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
You retain ownership of all URLs, keywords, and data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Quivra.io a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Audit reports generated for your sites are yours to use and share. You may not represent AI-generated recommendations as your own original analysis or resell them without disclosure.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI), Railway (hosting), and Google Custom Search (rankings). Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUIVRA.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUIVRA.IO IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@quivra.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, you may bring individual claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
